Welcome to Etika. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all features, tools, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided through our website etikacare.com, which is operated by Etika BV i.o. and powered by Shopify.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We follow standard ecommerce terms of service with the following key additions:

• While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, slight variations in scent intensity, color, or packaging may occur.

• Products are intended for personal and non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Etika Care reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion if deemed necessary (e.g. suspected fraud or misuse).
