Shipping Policy
Within the Netherlands & Benelux
We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days after processing.
We ship via PostNL, DHL, or other local couriers.
A tracking link is sent by email once the order has shipped.


Rest of Europe
International shipping (with in the EU) costs a flat fee of €20.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3-7business days, depending on the destination.
We use PostNL, DHL or similar international courier services.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in the shipping fee.


Outside Europe
We are open to shipping within the EU and beyond upon request. Please contact us for availability.
International shipping (outside the EU) depends on which destination.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Shipping time: depending on the destination.
Confirmation and tracking info are provided via email.


Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately at shop@etikacare.com.
For USPS shipments, check with your local post office first, deliveries are sometimes left in alternate locations.
For DHL or PostNL shipments, please reach out to the courier with your tracking number.
While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to support you in finding a resolution.


Gifts & Special Requests
We are happy to wrap your gift and include a handwritten note. Add your message in the notes section at checkout or email us at shop@etikacare.com after placing your order.
 
Returns & Cancellations
Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
To request a return, email shop@etikacare.com with your order number.
Once returned goods are received and approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned goods.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the return.


Exclusions
We do not accept returns on perfumes, due to hygiene regulations.
Opened or used products, promotional items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.


If you're unsure about which fragrance suits you, we are happy to assist with personalised advice or recommend trying our discovery set.


Cancellations
We are unable to guarantee cancellation once an order is placed.
If you wish to cancel, email us immediately at shop@etikacare.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to stop it in time.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.
